2. Compliance Monitoring

● Develop content review standards and processes for websites.
● Track and update regional legal/policy changes.
3. M&A Project Management
● Support legal due diligence.
● Participate in M&A agreement negotiations and drafting.

● Coordinate cross-border regulatory approvals.
4. External Resource Management
● Select and manage external legal teams.
● Review legal service fees and establish evaluation systems for law firms.
● Coordinate multi-regional legal collaborations.
5. Compliance Protocol Management
● Develop jurisdictional compliance manuals and emergency response mechanisms.
● Organize legal compliance training.
● Update risk prevention plans regularly.
Requirements:
1. Graduated from a top law school; legal professional qualification required.
2. 5+ years of cross-border legal experience (in-house or law firm).
3. Knowledge of Islamic finance law/UK-US contract law preferred.
4. Experience with AI-powered contract review tools.
5. Exceptional bilingual (English/Chinese) drafting skills (IELTS 7.5/TOEFL 105+).
