Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Thailand operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding MH Markets’ presence in Thailand, with a primary focus on Introducing Brokers (IB), Client acquisition and management, business growth, and building strategic partnerships. This role demands a strong grasp of the FX and CFD brokerage landscape, along with proven leadership and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Develop and execute growth strategies to increase MH Markets’ presence and revenue in Thailand.
- IB Acquisition & Management: Identify, recruit, and retain high-performing IBs. Build and maintain strong relationships to drive consistent performance and engagement.
- Market Strategy & Expansion: Design localized marketing and operational strategies, explore new business channels and partnerships.
- Client Relationship Management: Ensure long-term, value-driven relationships with clients and partners.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on Thailand’s financial market trends and competitor activity.
- Event Participation: Represent MH Markets in exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote the brand.
- Compliance & Licensing Support: Assist with regulatory compliance, licensing procedures, and liaise with relevant authorities when needed.
- Internal Coordination: Provide regular updates and performance reports to HQ and management. Collaborate with teams on marketing, branding, and product promotion.
- Hiring Support: Support staffing and recruitment needs for the Thailand office.
- Performance Monitoring: Track the execution of strategic and operational plans to ensure business targets are met.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in managing sales pressure and leading teams within the forex or CFD brokerage industry, preferably with exposure to the IB network in Thailand.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, particularly foreign exchange and CFDs.
- Proven track record in IB acquisition, growth, and management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Thai and English is required.
