Mohicans Markets (Ltd) acts as an investment dealer and liquidity provider, dealing as principal in financial derivative instruments and securities, and as a broker in predominantly over‑the‑counter financial derivatives referencing underlying assets including currencies, commodities, bonds, equities, and indices.

Mohicans Markets (VU) Limited is incorporated in Vanuatu and is authorized and regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Section 4 of the Financial Dealers Licensing Act [CAP 70], Company No. 40306, with its registered office at Law Partners House, Kumul Highway, Port Vila, Vanuatu. The company is authorized to act as an intermediary in the execution of securities transactions, to trade in securities as principal with the intention of resale, to provide investment advice ancillary to its normal business, and to manage client portfolios.

Mohicans Markets Limited is a Business Company incorporated under the Business Companies (Amendment and Consolidation) Act, Chapter 149 of the Revised Laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, 2009, and registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) under the Company No. 22135 BC 2014, with its registered office at Euro House, Richmond Hill, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Mohicans Markets Limited does not provide investment or brokerage services in or from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Services may be provided by other related entities subject to applicable regulatory permissions in their respective jurisdictions and only in accordance with local law and regulatory restrictions.

Mohicans Markets Capital Pty Ltd (ACN 168 652 542) is incorporated in Australia under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and holds Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) No. 455388 issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Its registered office is Level 17, 123 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Mohicans Markets Capital Pty Ltd is authorized to provide general financial product advice in relation to foreign exchange contracts, and to deal in such products on behalf of retail and wholesale clients in accordance with its license terms.

MH Markets Financial Services LLC is a limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates and regulated by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) under License No. 20200000159, pursuant to the Federal Law No. (4) of 2000.
